• $150.00 per hour (Two hour minimum) plus expendable supplies, costs of product, required travel, mileage & per deim
• half day rate is $ 525.00 (based on four hrs.)
• full day rate is $850.00 (based on seven hrs.)
• Video services will require a script based bid to determine the total costs of production.
• Utah Sales Tax must be added to all prices unless exempt.
• Chosen Images will be “licensed” by specific intended use and scope of distribution.
Portraits for Business Purposes (in studio or at your location)
Service includes the portrait session – print enhancement – retouching – and commercial image “Licensing”
as specified. You will be shown the images immediately following the portrait session in order to make
your selections. You may also order additional enlargements without limitation. All chosen images
undergo skillful retouching and enhancements.
This service is for “exceptional quality” executive portraits photographed either in the studio, on location,
or in your own facility or office. Treatment options are either "environmental style” portraits – which by definition are portraits
of the executive within their own work setting – or – a more formal portrait style made in a studio environment.
For example the “office environment” portraits may include the office desk, decor, and book shelves etc. In addition to the office environment poses, a studio backdrop (with professional studio lighting) may also be set up to achieve more of a “traditional studio” look. This requires setting up a temporary studio in a suitable room at your place of business. Frequently a conference
room in the building is utilized. Busy executives often prefer portraits made in their own office environment - however
for the quickest and most economical results we suggest choosing Option A - Done in studio.
Option A Done in studio. $ 79.00 plus sales tax
Shooting Session with one web resolution file licensed for five years.
Images intended for Commercial purposes will require usage "Licensing"in addition to the shooting session.
Physical prints are charged in addition to the session and/or Licenses. ( See Licensing below)
Option B Done at your building/ office/ facility
Commercial hourly rates apply @ $150.00 per hr. with a two hr. minimum
Chosen poses are licensed in addition for business use (Hi Res files)
Images chosen for Licensing also may require a preparation fee of $15.00 per image
Plus any associated expenses and expendable items required.
Option C High Volume Head shots done at your building / office / facility or in my studio.
This service is for high quality employee head shots of several or many employees.
Service includes a quick portrait, image preparation, low resolution web image, and / or a display print.
This service is by written bid - as either a one time or as an “on-going service contract.”
The bid is based on your requirements and our mutual negotiation.

Stipulations regarding Licensing of Images
• Printing for strictly personal uses is not allowed under these commercial licenses.
• Prints required for personal use must be printed exclusively by the photographer.
• The photographer retains overall copyright to the licensed image.
• The photographer reserves the right to utilize images for studio promotion purposes.
• Licenses may not be re-sold or sub-licensed.
• Other written stipulations may also be negotiated, such as photo credits etc.

Please note: My business model is based on creating extremely high quality original photography at a reasonable cost to you. My session fees are based on the hours required to create the images, to prepare them, and to present them to you for your print choices. With this method I earn very little money until you purchase physical prints from me.
I insist on personally doing the printing to ensure that my standards are maintained.
I don't provide clients with digital images for self printing, unless the image is for commercial purposes and a Usage License has been purchased and issued. I never release High Resolution Files for others to further edit or print! I am happy to provide you with Low Resolution (WEB RES) digital files from images that you have purchased prints of. The digital images I release to you are not printable and will include my Company Logo featured prominently in a lower corner of the image. This makes both you and I look good! There is no charge for this service. Your satisfaction with the images I create - and also the prints I make is absolutely guaranteed
