Available Incentives and Discounts

• A class, seminar, or expedition will be custom created for a minimum of three students.  

    

How to Register

     Contact us telling us which event you want to sign up for.  801-391-5152 or

     • Provide us with your name, phone number, and mailing address if you are a first time student.


How to pay your Tuitions

     • Best method:  Call in your debit/credit card by telephone

     or mail a check with your registration form attached to 4741 S. 1900 E. Ogden, UT 84403

          or request that we send you a Paypal Invoice.  Sign up at www.paypal.

          or make an appointment to pay in person. Cash, checks accepted.



Cancelations

• Tuition is refunded in full providing we are notified at least forty eight (48) hours prior to the event.    

No refunds will be given after that time, including no shows, dropouts, illness, misfortune etc.



Enrollment Policy

• We reserve the right to limit the maximum student enrollment for each event according to our judgement.

• We  reserve the right to cancel any event due to low enrollment numbers or for other reasons.  Tuitions refunded.

• We reserve the right to reject students that are physically incapable of enduring rigors of specific expeditions.



General Class information and Policies

• All classes are taught in a professional environment and professional demeanor is expected.

• We reserve the right to limit course content, discussions, images viewed etc. according to  the instructors preferences.

• All classes and seminars are “no smoking” and drug free.  No smoking on the studio / classroom grounds.

• The instructor reserves the right to dismiss students not in compliance with approved conduct.

          Those enrolled in any event assume all risks associated with either curriculum content or participation,

• Included risks (but not limited to): travel in the instructors vehicle and any risks associated with the locations we may visit.

          Participation in any field event or expedition will require students to sign a waiver of liability form.

          Participants requiring medical care, rescue, evacuation or medical transport are are solely responsible for all costs.


     

Your Physical Capabilities may be challanged!

Please call if you need help in determining your particular Fitness or Skill Level as it applies to the requirements of any given seminar. All events do require a certain level of physical fitness, strength, and agility - also the ability to endure warm and cold temperatures and long rides in vehicles. Please inquire

if you have any  concerns about your physical ability to comfortably and safely enjoy the event.
